Position: Bell-driver
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Provide transportation services for guests using hotel vehicles.
- Ensure safety and comfort of guests during transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of hotel vehicles.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Strong ability to work in a team.
