Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all front office operations, including guest arrival, check-in, and check-out processes
- Implement brand service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences and loyalty
- Manage and mentor the front office team through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize room revenue and manage guest requests effectively
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complex issues with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
- Deep knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and front office protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Guest-oriented mindset with a commitment to luxury wellness standards
- Ability to lead a diverse team in a high-traffic, luxury environment
