Position: Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all front office operations, including guest arrival, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Implement brand service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences and loyalty
  • Manage and mentor the front office team through training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize room revenue and manage guest requests effectively
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complex issues with a professional and welcoming demeanor

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Deep knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and front office protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Guest-oriented mindset with a commitment to luxury wellness standards
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a high-traffic, luxury environment
