Position: Guest Service Agent – Executive Lounge
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a luxury setting
- Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera
- Strong attention to detail for VIP guest arrivals and departures
- Previous experience in Front Office or Executive Lounges
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests professionally
- Fluency in English is mandatory for high level guest interaction
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to high service standards
