Position: Guest Service Agent – Executive Lounge

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a luxury setting
  • Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera
  • Strong attention to detail for VIP guest arrivals and departures
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Executive Lounges
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest requests professionally
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for high level guest interaction
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to high service standards
