Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Process room reservations via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and rates
- Maintain guest profiles and reservation records
- Assist in maximizing room revenue through up-selling
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Graduated from a reputable Hotel School/University
- Experienced in international hotel chain(s)
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude and great team work
- Proficiency in reservation systems
- Good command of English
