We are currently expanding our team through this exclusive hoteljob.id hiring campaign to find a dedicated Duty Manager. Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism
- Supervise and support Front Office staff during shifts
- Ensure guest satisfaction oriented service is maintained
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service standards
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience / educational background
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the same position
- Guests satisfaction oriented and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to details
- Good English literate, both oral & written
- Indonesian Nationals only
