Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in VHP
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications:
- Female
- Highly motivated and good teamwork
- Familiar with VHP System
- Min 1 years of experience in the same position
- Placement at Hotel Dafam Wonosobo
- Can join immediately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
