Position: Guest Relation Officer
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance during their stay.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain good relationships with guests to encourage loyalty.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
