Position: Commis II – Bakery
Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in hotel bakery or pastry kitchens
  • Ability to prepare pastries, breads, and cakes to international standards
  • Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety
  • Solid knowledge of pastry recipes and techniques
  • Team player in a busy kitchen environment
