Position: Commis II – Indonesian Specialty
Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Indonesian cuisine at a hotel or restaurant
  • Skilled in preparing authentic Indonesian dishes
  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation
  • Effective teamwork in the kitchen
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia, basic English
