Position: Assistant Ecommerce & Reservation Manager

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Channel Manager, and Property Management Systems (OmniH PMS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing guest information and reservations
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong team player mentality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Multilingual ability is an advantage
