Position: Guest Service Assistant (Male)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Basic hospitality-related computer systems knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and guest handling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Positive attitude and strong team player mentality
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Multilingual ability is an advantage
