Position: General Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a five-star hospitality industry role as a Resort Manager or General Manager
• Proven leadership skills with strong sales and F&B operations knowledge
• Experience in luxury villas or small boutique resorts preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Open to expatriate candidates with relevant experience
