Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong Sales & Marketing skills with solid knowledge of revenue management
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent understanding of the local hospitality market, tourism trends, and guest behavior in the Bali area
• Ability to build strong relationships with local stakeholders, vendors, and the tourism community
• Deep understanding of potential market segments and strategies to capture them
• Ability to identify potential market segments and engage with local communities
