Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and cost control.
- Proven leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
