Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and cost control.
• Proven leadership, training, and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to resolve guest concerns effectively.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
