Position: Guest Service Manager
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Front Office operations at a 5-star property.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Proven ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
