Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Front Office or guest service roles, preferably in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
