Position: Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine (Pala Restaurant)
Qualifications:
- Experience in Indian cuisine preparation in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Ability to manage a kitchen station efficiently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
