Position: Pastry Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong pastry and dessert preparation skills
  • Creativity in developing new pastry offerings
  • Ability to assist in managing the pastry team and operations
  • Available for Indonesian nationals only due to work permit limitations
