Position: Director of Banquet Operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in banquet or event operations leadership at a luxury hotel or resort
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale events and functions
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
  • Knowledge of budgeting, staffing, and operational efficiency for banquet services
