  • Hands-on leadership in banquet/events operations
  • Strong coordination with Culinary, Sales, and AV teams
  • Quality, hygiene, and safety compliance mindset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving
  • Scheduling, briefing, and on-the-floor supervision expertise
