• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of food service management, nutrition, menu planning, and food safety standards
• Awareness of health hazards and all necessary precautionary measures
• Team player with a passion for contributing to a high-performing culinary team
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
