Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of food service management, nutrition, menu planning, and food safety standards
- Awareness of health hazards and all necessary precautionary measures
- Team player with a passion for contributing to a high-performing culinary team
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
