Position: Jr. Sous Chef (Japanese & Teppanyaki)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Japanese cuisine, especially Teppanyaki, within luxury hotel or fine dining
- Strong culinary skills with attention to authenticity and presentation
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety standards
- Creative approach to menu development and seasonal offerings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
