Position: Jr. Sous Chef (Japanese & Teppanyaki)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Japanese cuisine, especially Teppanyaki, within luxury hotel or fine dining
  • Strong culinary skills with attention to authenticity and presentation
  • Ability to supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety standards
  • Creative approach to menu development and seasonal offerings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
