Position: Sous Chef Pastry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pastry leadership within a luxury hotel/resort
- Strong knowledge of Viennoiserie, plated desserts, chocolate, and sugar work
- Menu engineering and cost control proficiency
- Ability to train and mentor a multicultural pastry team
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and special events
