Position: Sous Chef Pastry

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pastry leadership within a luxury hotel/resort
• Strong knowledge of Viennoiserie, plated desserts, chocolate, and sugar work
• Menu engineering and cost control proficiency
• Ability to train and mentor a multicultural pastry team
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and special events
