Position: Guest Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Front Office
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to manage guest satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera)
