Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or Guest Relations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to resolve guest issues effectively
  • Team-oriented and proactive approach
