Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ proven experience leading restaurant operations or related field
• Strong capability to optimize profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Hands-on in service flow, team efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations
• Proven track record upholding and promoting brand standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
