Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as Sous Chef or similar in high-volume operations
  • Solid cooking techniques and kitchen management skills
  • Menu planning, recipe development, and costing
  • Team leadership with consistent product quality focus
  • Food safety and sanitation compliance
