Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Sous Chef or similar in high-volume operations
- Solid cooking techniques and kitchen management skills
- Menu planning, recipe development, and costing
- Team leadership with consistent product quality focus
- Food safety and sanitation compliance
