Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within high-capacity venues
• Guest-oriented communication with professional grooming
• Strong knowledge of menu & service techniques and order management
• CRM mindset with the ability to manage reservations and seating
• Calm under pressure; collaborative team player
