Position: Service Center Officer

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of customer service or service center experience in hospitality
• Familiar with PMS (Opera system preferred)
• Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional grooming and guest-oriented attitude
