Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality in a supervisor/manager role
• Strength in customer service excellence and team scheduling/training
• Inventory & stock management; POS proficiency
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and event coordination
• Operational efficiency and process improvement mindset
