Position: Head Chef – DOME

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years’ experience as Head/Senior Chef in high-capacity outlets
• Expertise in culinary strategy, menu development, and team leadership
• Ability to manage kitchen budgets and control food, beverage, and equipment costs
• Strong command of food safety and sanitation practices
• Collaborative leadership with a coaching approach
