Position: Guest Experience Manager (Female)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Guest Experience Manager or Guest Relations Supervisor
  • Preferably with background in 4 or 5-star chain hotels
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest service skills
  • Professional appearance with positive attitude and high integrity
