Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in a 4 or 5-star property
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage daily operations and ensure excellent guest service
• Good knowledge of F&B trends and cost control
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
