Qualifications:

  • Experience as Duty Manager or similar supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to work shifts and handle guest complaints
