Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
