Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
