Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Office operations during assigned shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and emergency situations with professionalism.
- Inspect VIP rooms and public areas to maintain high standards.
- Support and train Front Desk staff in service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Guest-oriented with a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
