Position: FO Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the front desk team and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate billing and cashiering procedures are followed.
- Support the Front Office Manager in daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office operations.
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS).
- Fluent in English with a guest-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
