Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check in and check out processes professionally
- Provide accurate information about resort facilities and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued according to brand standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in a front office role, preferably in a luxury hotel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a warm, friendly personality
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Detail-oriented and guest focused mindset
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
