Position: Banquet Manager (Job ID: 25205514)
Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead the banquet department to ensure the successful execution of all events and meetings.
- Manage the banquet budget, labor costs, and departmental expenses to optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for event service and setup.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers to drive repeat business.
- Mentor and develop the banquet management team and service staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Manager in a 5-star hotel with extensive convention facilities.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Commitment to delivering world-class event experiences.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Relevant hospitality degree or professional certification.
