Position: Night Reception
Responsibilities:
- Managing overnight check ins and check outs with personalized hospitality
- Providing concierge assistance and handling guest inquiries during night hours
- Conducting night audit procedures and ensuring daily financial records are accurate
- Maintaining property security and monitoring guest safety overnight
- Reporting any operational or technical issues to the morning shift
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a front office or night audit role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mathematical skills
- Well organized, proactive, and highly service oriented individual
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in property management systems such as Opera
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts
- Professional appearance and hospitable demeanor
