Position: Corporate Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle and process all reservation requests for The Kayon properties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain excellent communication with guests, travel partners, and internal departments.
- Update and manage booking systems, ensuring data accuracy and prompt response times.
- Support the Corporate Reservations Manager in daily reporting and room inventory coordination.
- Deliver a seamless guest experience through professionalism and hospitality excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or resort reservations.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and reservation systems (PMS/CRS).
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork spirit.
- Experience in multi property operations is an advantage.
