Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and manage guest inquiries or reservations
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest payments and maintain accurate front desk records
- Assist guests with luggage or transport arrangements if needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and hotel systems
- Fluent in English
- Maximum 45 years of age
- Memiliki karakter dan perilaku yang baik
- Fresh graduates (D3/S1) are welcome to apply
