Position: Sport & Recreation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all resort recreational facilities and outdoor activity zones
- Managing the sports and recreation team schedules and performance
- Ensuring all safety and emergency protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinating guest activities and organizing special resort events
- Maintaining equipment inventory and reporting maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- Experience minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort
- Speak and write English fluently
- Indonesian nationality with minimum high school or vocational high school education
- Honest, people oriented, and pleasant to get along with
- Capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Willing to work in Batu area and in shift hours
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of fitness/recreation safety
