Position: Asst. Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate work schedules.
- Manage inventory of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Leadership skills and ability to train staff.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in PMS (e.g., Opera).
- Ability to work under pressure.
