Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and managing the check in and check out procedures with precision
- Providing detailed information about hotel facilities and local Bandung attractions
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns with a professional attitude
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest account records
- Coordinating with housekeeping and bell desk for smooth guest arrivals
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in the same position at 4 or 5 star hotel
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skill and pleasant personality
- Able to work with creativity and agility
- Indonesian nationality only
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
