Position: Account Receivable Clerk (Job ID: 25200198)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process guest and corporate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Communicate professionally with guests and corporate clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott financial policies and internal control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in account receivable or general accounting within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in English for billing correspondence.
