Position: Guest Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Curate personalized guest experiences and handle special requests
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest interactions
- Proactively identify guest needs and implement creative service surprises
- Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvements
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort’s public areas
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in guest relations or front office within luxury resorts
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Highly creative and empathetic with a strong focus on guest delight
- Detail-oriented and proactive in service execution
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Positive attitude and energetic personality
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
