Position: Front Office Associate
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests with a warm and professional demeanor during check-in and check-out.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments in accordance with hotel financial standards.
- Provide detailed information about resort facilities, local attractions, and Marriott Bonvoy benefits.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Office role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems, such as Opera or similar.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
