The Seraya, Komodo is a breathtaking luxury resort located on a private island in the Komodo archipelago, where pristine white beaches meet the vibrant azure waters of the Flores Sea. We are currently hosting a walk in interview for various hotel jobs in Komodo for passionate individuals who wish to work in a paradise setting.
As we prepare for the upcoming 2026 season, we are looking for creative and energetic professionals to join our island team. Position: GRO – Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key contact for guests and provide personalized island service
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests seamlessly
- Promote resort facilities and curate unique guest experiences on the island
- Willingly handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued according to luxury standards
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in guest relations, preferably in a luxury resort
- Professional appearance and a warm, enthusiastic personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service oriented mindset with a strong attention to guest needs
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management
